My name is Joëlle and I am the Owner of Good News Creatives.
I love God, love people & love being creative. Starting this business felt like the best way to combine the three!
For as long as I can remember my answer to the question “what do you want to do?” has always been “something creative”.
I’ve always felt that I had so many dreams that it would be impossible to narrow down and fit them into a box, but I’m learning to lean into the things God has placed on my heart, and that my dreams could never be too big for Him.
He is actually capable of far more than I could ever ask for or imagine, and Good News Creatives is just a glimpse at that heart-changing truth.
“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly and abundantly more than we ask or Imagine, according to His power that is at work within us” Ephesians 3:20
As the Daughter of an Interior Designer, creativity has always been in my veins. Growing up I was always searching for ways to get creative, from decorating my childhood bedroom to singing and songwriting, and eventually hosting Bible Studies and events and creating spaces that reflect the beauty of the Creator who has always been in every detail.
In 2022 a friend of mine asked me to be in charge of decorating tables at her wedding, which quickly turned into figuring out all of the decor and handing some of the planning. At this point, I had no prior experience with events, but I did have people who believed in what God placed inside of me.
A year later, I started a women’s ministry, called Good News Bible Study & with each event my friends and I put together, I slowly noticed what the Holy Spirit was growing inside of me.
After being asked to help with countless other weddings and events, along with planning my own, the calling God placed on my life became evident.
It was as if the trail of wildflowers I had followed my whole life lead me to a ledge to overlook what I had somehow missed but had been there all along; a field bursting with color and blooming with grace.
GOOD NEWS
It took a big step of faith to leave my prior career of comfortability and my sense of normalcy, but at the end of 2025 I finally knew what Jesus was calling me to; He was calling me to use the gifts He gave me to bless others.
I now have the opportunity to step into your stories and seek out and create beauty all along the way.
& because God doesn’t have limits, I left my business name open ended, because creativity really does color all aspects of our lives.
It is my joy to carry with me the life that He has brought into my heart and story & to now join you in finding GOOD NEWS & assist you with all things creative.
